Students in the 9th, 10th and 11th grade have been invited to participate in the Western New England University campus visit on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 from 8:30am to 12:30 pm. Students will have the opportunity to go on a personal campus tour and participate in an admissions information session to learn about the school and the admissions process. We will be arriving at WNEU at 9:15-9:30 and departing at 11:45. Lunch is provided courtesy of Western New England University’s admissions department. This field trip is for students only! The allotted spots for student attendees will be 20, so this will be a first come, first serve basis. Permission slips were given to students and should be returned to Mrs. Minicucci ASAP.

A reminder that the 10th and 11th grade NACAC College Fair Field Trip is this Thursday from 8:30am to 11:00am! Students have the opportunity to speak with representatives from over 200 two-year and four-year colleges, nursing schools, business schools, the military and trade schools. Contact Mrs. Minicucci for details.

This past week, Bloomfield High School and Global Experience Magnet School students embarked on a heartwarming journey to celebrate Literacy Week, visiting Seabury and Duncaster Senior Citizen Centers. The residents of Seabury and Duncaster were delighted by the readings and the presence of our students, sharing in the mutual love for literature.

At the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, March 12, the Board of Education voted to amend the 2023-2024 school calendar.
Due to the Presidential Primary on Tuesday, April 2, all schools, with the exception of Wintonbury Early Childhood Magnet School, will be closed. The last day for all schools will now be on Friday, June 14.
